Seabase WB8 is a water-based (non-hazardous) sealing finish for fibreglass or wood to produce a matt finish. Use to seal all wood, or fibreglass after laminating. (Essential as fibreglass absorbs moisture over time).
2-3 coats per side is a sufficient application. Can be diluted with 5% water to regulate the flow through your air gun for an ideal spray. Quick drying. Quick curing. Overcoat within 30 minutes, full cure within 8 hours. This new version is a high solid content tough, methacrylated coating made specifically for coating wood, fibreglass and other areas requiring a hard wearing surface. WB8 is not a permanent solution as it can abrade. Use Speedcote S7 Acrylic for a high build coating if longevity is required.
