Remi Bertoche Surf Art – Volume 2

Remi Bartouche is a professional surf photographer for the past 20 years or more. We met him in France last decade and loved his work. He has already made stunning pieces of art such as “Argia-lumiers en Pays Basque” in 1992 and “Ephemeres” in 1994. Famous for “Promenade Ocean” in 1994, Remi has put his knowledge of surfing into action in surf magazines. This is the continuation (Volume 2) of the first volume of surf travel art by Remi Bertoche. Volume one was well accepted by the worlds of surf and art. This is too good an occasion to stop there, especially knowing that Remi Bertoche’s art is in constant evolution. This second volume will please those who love new discoveries and travelling as it is a kind of travellers journal. It will take you to Japan, Iceland, through the Maldives, to the Reunion and Mauritius Islands.  The majority of artists write books at the end of their lives finalising their life works. Here the original idea is to follow a life history Volume 1/7 – the life history of Remi Bertoche in art. Some will judge the idea as pretentious, but the others that know him will understand the concept. Volume 1 is here. Volume 3 is here.
