Mikey is the 'yes man' in the factory - having to deal with all the emergency boards the team guys need for their travels and any dings they pick up.  Mikey works around the clock to ensure that boards get done well and on time, and also takes care of the final quality control process.

Being the main 'fin' man in the factory, Mikey's job is to make sure your boards get the correct fin system, be it F3's, Futures, FCS, longboard boxes or drill through leash plugs, Mikey knows the strongest and most efficient way to set your fins ensuring your boards work just how the shaper intended.

Along with fins, dings and emergency boards, Mikey takes on arguably one of the hardest jobs in the surfboard line:  gloss and polishes.  Known by many as the best polisher in the industry, Mikey works tirelessly to ensure that his glosses are scratch free and second to none.  His dry sands are none to shabby either, working to the Seabase 100% Quality Seal, Mikey's sanding is quite simply how it should be done,  not a scratch or lump in site. Mikey's 12 years on the Seabase team have helped the quality of surfboards improve to a finished product that simply cannot be beaten.  Along with Sam, Mikey is the true engine on which the Seabase factory runs.
