Mark Neville
Mark Neville passed away during 2011. We would like to keep this page here as a tribute to Mark and his family.
One of the friendliest, kindest and most down to earth guys you would ever have met, Nev's approach to his work is a testament to his dedication. Rest in peace Mark - we miss you dearly. Your friends at Seabase will never forget the impact you had on them, and think of your family regularly.
We miss Mark the most as the friendly face of Seabase and Quiver Surfboards, always uplifting to speak to, and respected world wide for the level he attained in his profession.
Mark won the praise of all his peers and was voted the UK's Best Longboard Shaper in Carve Magazine's 'Shapers Poll' during 2009.
Mark was in the surfboard industry for over 20 years, joining Seabase early in his career as a shaper.
Mark has honed his skills to bring his team riders and customers a standard of shaping that quite simply hasn't been surpassed in Europe. Ben Skinner achieved European and English titles riding Mark's boards along with his most prestigious accolade: a 2nd in the 1st World Games! Adam Griffiths, Candice O'Donnell, and Elliot Dudley - some of the best longboarders in Europe, rode Mark's boards.
Rest in peace Mark.
