We endevour to despatch all orders received by midday on next day delivery via courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the product and the weight. Courier's require signatures on delivery so if you are not available to receive your product send it to an address where you are sure someone will be available to check and sign for your order. A place of work is often the best delivery address for this reason. 

 

Seabase's delivery charges: UK mainland deliveries, and Isle of Wight: All orders, no matter how many items you order, will attract a standard carriage charge of £3. The only exclusion to this policy is surfboards, where carriage is a set rate of £19.95 per board. If you want to order more than one board it may be possible to fit them in the same box in which case you'll only pay the shipping price for one board. UK Isles (Channel Islands, Scottish Isles): All orders, no matter how many items you order, will attract a standard carrage charge of £7. If the item is small and can be sent by Royal Mail we'll reduce the cost before we process the order.

 

The only exclusion to this policy is surfboards, where carriage is a set rate of £40 per board. If you want to order more than one board it may be possible to fit them in the same box in which case you'll only pay the shipping price for one board.

 

Other destinations: You carriage charge will calculate free carriage only for the purposes of processing your order. We will calculate carriage once your order is processed and let you know the cost. You will have the opportunity of cancelling your order if you feel the carriage price is too high. In most instances however we have carriage prices similar to the UK Isles prices for most of Europe.
