Our master shaper from France, Alain is from Bayonne (The Basque Country), shaped his first board at 21 years old and has continued to become one of the finest shapers in Europe.  He is hugely respected for his evolution of shapes from single fins to thrusters and principally specialises in longboards.

All the best French longboarders have had an Alain Minvielle’s boards.  He has met and collaborated with the best shapers in the world like Steve Boehne from Infinity and frequently travels overseas to California to shape.  His team includes World Champion Antoine Delpero, Edouard Delpero, Justine Dupont and Damien Castera.
