Seaflex is a system of Parabolic Stringer placement, using both superfused EPS and new formulation PU, and Epoxy Resin lamination containing a specific fibreglass cloth matrix, attenuated to gives a custom surfboard more speed, drive through turns, and snap at crtical moments. The system gives surfboards a quick, lively feel and can be modified to produce either superlight contest boards (2 kgs 4.4lbs - or less), or extremely tough surfboards, with no weight penalty.
Carbon Fibre rails, using a high modulus unidrectional carbonfibre, adds incredible feel and strength, making very light and very strong surfboards.
Seaflex has been two years under development at the Seabase factory in Cornwall, England in association with US Blanks, Resin Research and Hexcel fibreglass.
We strongly believe these boards to be the finest custom surfboards on the market today.
